Configuration of 2-hydroxyputrescine.

چکیده
S-( +)-Z-hydroxyputrescine.ZHCl and R-( -)-Z-hydroxyputrescine .ZHCl were synthesized from S-( -)and R-( +)hydroxysuccinamide, respectively. Their specific rotations were determined to be [@” = +3.21 f 0.06” and -3.3” (c = SC/c, H20), respectively. The naturally occurring polyamine isolated from Pseudomonas (Kim) appears to be S-2-hydroxyputrescine since the specific rotation of its dihydrochloride corresponds closely to that of the synthesized S-( +)-2-hydroxyputrescine dihydrochloride.

Polyamines of Pseudomonas acidovorans.
Pseudomonas acidovorans contains putrescine, 2-hydroxyputrescine, and spermidine.
متن کاملSpermidine synthesis by Pseudomonas sp. strain Kim, previously reported to lack this polyamine.
Pseudomonas sp. strain Kim has previously been reported to be the only known naturally occurring organism lacking spermidine. We now show that it synthesizes this polyamine. The apparent lack of intracellular levels of spermidine results from an efficient conversion of spermidine to putrescine and hydroxyputrescine.
متن کاملAmenability of groups and semigroups characterized by configuration
In 2005, A. Abdollahi and A. Rejali, studied the relations betweenparadoxical decomposition and configuration for semigroups. In thepresent paper, we introduce one other concept of amenability typeon semigroups and groups which includes amenability of semigroupsand inner-amenability of groups. We have extend the previous knownresults to semigroups and groups satisfying this concept.
متن کاملRecent developments in configuration design and optimization of mineral separation circuits; A Review
The present research reviews two basic approaches for the separation circuit configuration analysis. The first approach is to optimize the circuit configuration. In this method, after a circuit modeling, a variety of search algorithms and mathematical optimization methods are used. Previous works show that this approach has more application in the flotation process. The second approach called t...
متن کاملTarski Number and Configuration Equations
The concept of configuration of groups which is defined in terms of finite partitions and finite strings of elements of the group is presented by Rosenblatt and Willis. To each set of configurations, a finite system of equations known as configuration equations, is associated. Rosenblatt and Willis proved that a discrete group G is amenable if and only if every possible instance of its configur...
